Lambourne End Centre is committed to taking responsible action to help control the spread of the covid-19 virus in accordance with the Government’s guidelines. We have now begun to reopen for a limited amount of vulnerable young people on our learning programmes and are committed to complying with government guidance including maintaining social distancing, providing hand sanitiser and ensuring regular cleaning around the site. A limited number of our staff have returned to work on these programmes and find new ways to reconnect with our community.
The majority of our staff team remain furloughed. We have a team of adult volunteers from the local community who are helping to prepare our site for when we can fully reopen. If you would like to make a booking don’t hesitate to get in touch. We sincerely hope that these actions will protect the future of the Centre and enable us to return to providing a service to our community, including provision for many disadvantaged people. We are sure that there will be an even greater need for the work we do providing a wide range of personal development opportunities and improving people’s health and wellbeing.
We will continue to monitor the situation, and respond to any changes in the Government’s guidelines and will keep everyone updated with any changes to the current situation via this pege.
